Health and Welfare Plans

New qualifying employees will be eligible for coverage the 1st of the month following 60 days. The Company complies with all applicable federal and state laws with regard to benefits administration. All regular full time employees scheduled and generally working at least 30 hours a week are entitled to health insurance and other company-sponsored health benefits.

Wellness Program

The Company makes available to its employees wellness programs as a preventive measure to help avoid sickness while improving and continuing to maintain their general health through programs such as smoking cessation, diabetes management, weight loss, stress management and preventative health screenings. The Company accomplishes this through education, communication and supportive work environment.  Typical benefits include as well, immunization/flu shots, company-sponsored sports challenges and our “Fresh Fruit Fridays.”

401(k) Retirement Plan

The Company offers a 401(k) savings plan as part of their benefit package.  Participation is open to employees who have attained age 21, completed 90 days of service as defined by the plan.  Eligible employees may join the Plan on the earlier of the first day of the Plan year, or the first day of the fourth, seventh or tenth month of the Plan year. The Company will make safe harbor matching contributions of 100% of the first 3% of compensation you contribute to the Plan and 50% of the next 2% of compensation you contribute to the Plan.

Plant Maintenance Supervisor

Career Opportunity

Century Foam is seeking experienced applicants for a full-time, Plant Maintenance Supervisor position. This position requires a person who has a broad knowledge of maintenance and repair for industrial machinery, mechanical equipment, programmable controllers, and facilities maintenance. Responsible for the safe maintenance, repair or replacement of plant equipment and systems, to ensure maximum production quantity and quality, while supporting the policies, goals and objectives of the company. Supervises the plant maintenance program and maintenance technicians.  Knowledge of electricity and electrical components, air tools and transmission equipment.  Working knowledge of machine tools and equipment including but not limited to saws, presses, die cutters, CNC and screen printers. Familiar with hydraulic and pneumatic tools and equipment.  Must be able to read blueprints and schematics. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and team lift heavier items. Participates in any and all reasonable work activities as deemed suitable and assigned by the supervisor.

Education: Associate degree in Industrial or Machine Maintenance or Technical Certificate in a related field. Experience will substitute for professional/ technical education on a year for year basis to a maximum of two years.
